BIOGRAPHY:

• Helene Hopman is a third-year Ph.D. student in Medical Sciences at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has successfully completed the honours programme of the Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and received her Master’s degree with the ‘Cum Laude’ qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology in 2014, Utrecht University, the Netherlands.

RESEARCH INTERESTS:

• Network-informed transcranial magnetic stimulation for treatment-refractory major depressive disorder.

• Functional and structural brain mapping using (resting-state) functional magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion weighted imaging.

• Dysfunctional brain processes in neurological and psychiatric disorders
